Michael Flach brings 30 years of Award Winning experience  as an Event Designer and Event Production

Supervisor. An Award Winning, internationally acclaimed designer, Michael's design work clients include Oprah Winfrey,

George & Laura Bush, George and Barbara Bush, HRH Prince Albert of Monaco, HRH Princess Margarita of Romania,

The World Music Awards, Lionel Richie, Dick Wolf, Kenny Loggins, Patti LaBelle, Bette Midler, Steve Martin and Cher.

His design work has been seen in People Magazine, New York Times,  Forbes, Architectual Digest, Grace Ormonde

Larry Hart is best known for his success in the music business, having won a Grammy Award, received 4 Grammy

Award Nominations, 5 BMA Award Nominations, 2010 BMA Award Winner, 2010 BMA Image Award Winner,

12 time NAACP Theater Award Winner, and 8 time NAACP Theater Award Winner for his critically acclaimed
